Meet Your Head Coach

Fabiana Ferrarini, started her personal journey of transformation after struggling with weight gain, and postpartum depression twice. Her confidence and self-esteem hit rock bottom. While she cherished being a mother and wife, Fabiana yearned for a sense of purpose, feeling trapped in a cycle of emotional eating and lacking the energy to exercise. She lost her comfort in her own skin. Determined to rebuild herself, Fabiana sought a solution that would inspire confidence, motivation, and a return to her vibrant self. After years of trial and error, Queen Warriors was born, with the mission of empowering women to rediscover themselves, look incredible, and feel amazing once again.

The Problem

Studies have shown that several barriers, including individual, social, and environmental influences limit Latinx & Black women’s participation in physical activity. Below are the top five barriers.


  • Lack of childcare and the tendency to place family needs above their own.

  • Lack of Motivation and being discouraged from exercising by family members.

  • Not having a supportive community and or a workout partner.

  • Not having enough time or resources to workout.

  • Not feeling comfortable working out in public. Black & Latinx women are often labeled as having thick thighs, wide hips, and broad shoulders. These cultural and social norms can make them self-conscious about their looks and body size in public.
