She didn't start this because she loved fitness. She started it because she needed it.

Fabiana Ferrarini built Queen Warriors from her bathroom in March 2020 — postpartum, broke, and praying for a way through. She'd battled postpartum depression twice, survived an abusive relationship, and knew she needed more than a workout plan. She needed to rebuild herself from the inside out.

"I'm a woman of faith. Faith is at the core of everything. I really felt it in my heart that this is what God wanted me to do — this was gonna be my healing moment."
